YEAR 3: Final Major Project

In this project the aim was to create an original business idea using information gathered through final year studies fuelled by dissertation recommendations. Create a business plan which included Brand Profiling, Competitor Analysis, Market Analysis, Concept Descriptions, Concept Considerations, Business Operations, Promotional Plans, 12 Month financial planning and Future Growth Strategies. My Business plan focused on men's retailing. I created a travelling hybrid pop up store in collaboration with Pretty Green and award winning barbers Barberology.
