YEAR 2: International Retailing 

The aims of this module were to produce a 3000 word report detailing the viability of launching an existing brand in a market it does not currently trade. I chose to take Italian restaurant chain Carluccio's to Australia. Due to the over saturated UK market and the continued popularity of Italian cuisine in Australia I felt Carluccio's had the opportunity to capitalise on this as well as have their own unique USP being a chain restaurant with an attached Deli. During this project | was able to collaborate with Illustrator, Beth Raistrick to create original imagery for this document
